Ingredients:

  • 50g Ginger: Peel and chop into pieces.
    • Ginger helps combat rheumatism and supports the body in fighting viruses.
  • 1 Orange: Squeeze to extract the juice.
    • Rich in vitamin C, orange juice strengthens the immune system and supports bone health.
  • 1 Lemon: Squeeze to extract the juice.
    • Lemon is also high in vitamin C, offering antibacterial and anti-inflammatory benefits.
  • 1 tsp Turmeric:
    • Turmeric helps reduce inflammation and joint pain.
  • 200 ml Water

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture to remove pulp.

Usage:

Drink 15-20 ml every morning on an empty stomach to promote overall health.

Storage:

You can store this tonic in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
