1 pound of chicken wings
1 tbsp of flour
1 tbsp of your favorite seasoning mix
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 very small red onion
3-4 radishes
½ tomato
1 cup of leafy greens
I N S T R U C T I O N S
- In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with flour, seasoning mix, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated. Air fry at 380°F for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Slice the red onion, radish, and tomatoes, then add them to a bowl with fresh leafy greens. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Plate the salad alongside the crispy chicken wings and enjoy!
