Ingredients:

  • 100g walnuts:
    Soak in water for 3 hours to remove bitterness and unlock their health benefits. Rich in vitamins A, E, B, C, and K, walnuts protect your cells from free radicals and slow down aging.
  • 100g almonds:
    Packed with minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. Almonds are a fantastic source of unsaturated fats and vitamins, promoting heart health and improving blood circulation.
  • 100g raisins:
    Raisins are loaded with potassium, magnesium, and iron, helping to support heart, kidney, and liver functions.
  • 100g plums (dried):
    These little gems boost heart health, improve blood circulation, and reduce swelling with their diuretic properties.
  • 100g dried apricots:
    High in vitamin K, dried apricots strengthen the heart and help prevent muscle cramps.
  • 1 lemon:
    Wash thoroughly using 1 tablespoon baking soda and let sit for 15 minutes. Rinse well. We’ll use the lemon with its peel, as it’s packed with nutrients that fight colds, lower bad cholesterol, and support healthy blood pressure and heart function.
  • 100 ml honey:
    Natural honey enhances immunity, strengthens the body, and supports cardiovascular health. It’s also a great natural remedy for colds.

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the nuts and dried fruits in a blender or food processor. Chop coarsely (you want a textured mix, not a paste).
  2. Add the finely chopped lemon (with peel) and honey. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a glass jar with a lid. Store it in the refrigerator.
